Day of Ghongata (April 2022)

Prakash prays to the full moon- it brings light and strength to him and his temple. However, Ghongata, the Rakshasa of the violet sun, will stop at nothing to plunge the world into endless corrupted day.  

This film began development in Spring 2021 as Kyle Peterson's senior capstone animation at Bradley University. It takes heavy inspiration from Indian architecture and folklore. Special thanks to the Peterson family and Aaron Steele! Tools used: Clip Studio Paint, Cinema4D, Adobe Audition + Premier

2026 Secret Santa art of my friend's OC, Dr. Ponder. I had a lot of fun experimenting with various Blender features for this, namely grease pencil and the line art effect

FLUFFLEPANTS - 2025 Summary of Art

Another year of medical problems & increasing work responsibilities tanked most of the motivation I had for art, but I'm pleased with what I did make.

Between a few silly comics featuring Fluffles, my first real attempt at rendering food, some nice Violet Eclipse art, a set of fun PTCG deck icons, a part of the Fossil Fighters MAP, and a bit of tinkering in Blender, I think 2025 was pretty solid.

No big plans for 2026 - maybe continue working on my custom PTCG archetype and learning more Blender. We'll see!

The first trainer of the Priya archetype is Empress' Loupe, a tool card that helps set up the alternate summon conditions of Pokemon like Priya's Lokix, Tentacruel, and Azumarill.

The first Stage 2 of the archetype is Priya's Cinderace, which inherits the attacks and abilities of whichever Priya's basic you choose to evolve it from.

Next up is Priya's Tentacruel, summoning itself off your start-of-turn draw and inflicting poison.

Next is Priya's Lokix, which can summon itself from the discard pile to save the day. (That attack name is a Build & Zero-One reference, yes)
