Today is when my most important OTP became my OTP, and because of that i wanted to redraw the very first drawing of them.

(I decided to blur the old one because is so embarrasing.., yikes forever ❤)

Sam checked his hair in the mirror. It had to be perfect. Dean kept shaking his head at his brother, muttering something about obsession and insanity, but Sam was adamant. Nothing was allowed to be out of place. Today was supposed to be perfect. Absolutely perfect.

He thought about his bride to be. Ally had been admitted to the hospital with severe pains, and needed immediate surgery. She felt horrible about missing their wedding day. She had kept apologizing, putting herself down for letting him down. But Sam held firm his feelings for her, not allowing her to place blame on herself. She hadn’t planned to have emergency surgery. And he didn’t love her any less. If anything his love for her grew daily.

The plan was to surprise her. Lana, Ally’s best friend, had gone to the hospital this morning to visit and talk with her, keep her company while Sam got ready. He was bringing the wedding to her. He had already arranged it with the hospital staff, who were more than willing to help facilitate the whole shebang. A cake had been brought over, as well as plates and cutlery for the staff and wedding party. Jack, Dean, Cas, Mary, Jody, and Donna had all been told to come at a certain time. Dean was to be Sam’s best man, and Lana was Ally’s maid of honor. It was gonna be the best wedding ever.

Lana was just telling her friend about the latest hunt, and how well it went, when a nurse popped her head in. “Excuse me, Ms. McNab, can I see you outside for a moment?” Ally wondered what had happened, thinking something horrible had happened during the surgery.

Lana gave her friend a reassuring smile and hug, then got up and left the room. No one was more surprised than Ally when, moments later, the hospital chaplain came in, followed by family and friends, then Dean and Lana, and Sam last. Lana took her place on the left side of the bed, and took Ally’s hand, giving it a squeeze, then placing it in Sam’s hand.

Tears of joy were falling as the chaplain recited the words and guided the couple through their vows and promises. Sam had a beautiful wedding band ready to place on her finger, and Lana gave Ally the band that they had picked out together for Sam. Documents were signed by all parties, then the chaplain pronounced them husband and wife, inciting cheers from all the onlookers, including the nurses and doctors. Cake and coffee were served, well wishes and hugs came from all, even Cas.

The doctor then said Ally was able to go home tomorrow, but still had to rest for another week. However, in light of the ceremony and the newly wed couple, the hospital made special arrangements to bring in another bed for Sam, and hook the two single beds together so the couple could spend the night together. The staff put curtains up around the room, and put a do not disturb sign on the door, with an added note: JUST MARRIED!
