recipe #1, basic omelette
Hi!!! This is my FIRST POST. Tell me how you like it down below in the comments. I hope that you will love this omelette!
ALLERGIES: milk, soy sauce.
1] *MILK*, 2 eggs, white pepper (Black is also fine), *SOY SAUCE* ,
1] 28cm diameter non stick pan( A small one will do as well,) chopsticks, small bowl.
1] crack and beat eggs in a bowl. Once done, mix in 2.5 tbsp of milk, 1 tsp of soy sauce. Once done, beat the eggs 1 more time to incorporate all the ingredients.
2] place a small block of butter in the heated pan and melt it. Take a small amount of egg mixture and drop it into the pan. If the egg starts bubbling and cooking, go ahead and pour the rest of the egg mix into the pan.
3] Wait for the sides of the egg to form and harden. Then, with a chopstick, fold in the sides and let the uncooked mixture flow onto the heated pan and let it cook.
4] Wait till half of the egg is cooked and there is still a little bit of uncooked egg is left. This makes the egg more moist compared to when the egg is dry.
5] Sprinkle with some salt and pepper and serve on your favorite plate!
