I feel like he can be good.

Mr. WPNZ does loves his kids. This whole sequence, but in particular this scene, seemed genuine.

He really wanted to try and be a good father to them. Make up for his absence. Heck, he genuinely missed Karen, all things considered.

He does wants what's best for the children. However, the way he executes it falls short, and flawed.

Karen isn't a saint, however, as she, too, is guilty as well. She's over sheltered the kids, resulting them in getting in danger anyways.

Mr. WPNZ wants the kids to be able to stand up for themselves, but fails in becoming obsessed with their powers and reducing them to just that. Karen wants the kids to live a happy, successful life, but her obsession with avoiding dragging them down her previous path leads to overprotection.

I'm just saying, if things could've gone differently, if the two of them just talked and sorted things out...

Maybe they could've been a proper family in the end.

Twitter is already making up lots of speculation based off of this.

Of dogday being a double spy, or maybe he was loyal to the prototype at one point. How Poppy doesn't even bring him up once.

How maybe he, and the other critters, were all faking their loyalty. Maybe Dogday was never loyal, and simply pretended in order to backstab the Prototype. Of course, that didn't end well. Maybe it's why Catnap ended up killing them all? A blind trust? Or maybe, the Prototype talked him into doing his actions?

Honestly, we can never know. It's too soon to make assumptions, even. Something happened, and the Prototype is involved. Whether or not Dogday is guilty or not, he didn't do it on his own.

Im content with the ending. It wasn't as emotionally wrecking as I anticipated it to be, but for me I'm satisfied. God speed to Luke and the crew for an amazing work.

No because let me just ramble for a moment. Because i am still not fucking over this shit.

He's in anguish. He's in anguish and in pain and he's scared. He's scared because he knows its inevitable. Abstraction is imminent, no matter what you do.

There were probably dozens of other "people" in the circus, prior to pomni, or anyone else. Jax has probably been here long enough to watch it happen with the rest of the circus members. Just look at the bedroom hall, with the dozens of doors of the previous members, all since then gone. The many funerals they've arranged for them. Kaufmo included.

There was probably someone else, someone Jax tolerated for a bit. Someone he managed to call a friend. And that friend abstracted.

And Jax then realized that one day, it was going to be him, too. It was going to he everyone.

So instead, in hopes that he doesn't become the next one, he lashes out. He's cruel and ruthless with the rest of the characters, npc's included. So long he doesn't abstract - or worse -, he's going to be okay.

At least, he wants to believe that.

Walk with me

In which Mr. Puzzles loses his memories after the wotfi 2024 battle due to Meggy's kindness. He's confused at first, not even recognizing 4, Meggy and Mar1o. He's visibly shaken by the mess around, and instantly gets protective of these strangers looking at him weirdly.

Meggy sees potential in this, so does 4. Of course, the classic "all weapons out" ensues when the rest of the gang see him, but eventually they're all on the same page. So they all just add virtues to this new Mr. Puzzles who's now a charming sweetheart.

So from here he can do what he pleases. I'm thinking maybe he strives to be an actor, since he no longer has his wicked ideals. Maybe start a television company, with many channels to offer and whatnot. Perhaps he becomes a TV host, like in the puzzlevision arc, but much more family friendly. Given his reputation isn't well known (at least, for a while), this one could do well for him.

And of course he would still hang out with the gang. Serving as an extra TV, or maybe engaging in their shenanigans, since in the end, he's sorta of a toon, so he's got a bit of mischief innit. Meggy and him would surely be the closest friends.

Idk, it's just smth that I low-key wished happened in wotfi (aka me having clear favorites)
