This was sort of the end of the dark era I was experiencing after Sandlot Jory dissolved and I was feeling taken advantage of and was NOT enjoying music at all. These were the first shows I played with a guitarist, and he was doing fantastic but he and our drummer were both inexperienced musicians who were really playing instruments for the first time, so it just felt like we had a long way to go. We were able to play the set but it wasn’t as energetic as I need it to be when I perform, which was mostly because I wasn’t enjoying my environment. But our drummer and guitarist were doing a great job and I could certainly see the good in what was happening.
