♂: Is there any kind of music you hear while writing? What kind of music?

There’s definitely music for everything, but what kind varies by thread and verse. Riella’s theme tends to be something involving electric guitar, just for the sound; I’m not picky, though, and if a song fits (even if it’s completely silly) I’ll probably use it.

I do associate songs very heavily with whatever I happen to be thinking about at the time, so there’s certain music attached to specific threads. For example, Cleared for Duty usually gets written to Bastille’s “Icarus”, and the Decepticon!Riella verse is pretty strongly connected with Muse’s “Uprising”.
