Zephreon the Swift Wind Pokemon.

Evolves from Eevee with level up in a high altitude area. (Mountain Route)

Zephreon's tails were believed to be wings, but upon closer inspection Zephreon's do not have true bird wings, but only membranous webbed feet that only gave them capability of short-distanced flight. Zephreon have light bodies with densely packed fur-like feathers that provide the in the high altitudes it likes to inhabit. Zephreon is very loyal to its trainer and enjoy active trainers that go on hikes.
