Timeless fam… meet Amelia :)

Amelia’s parents died when she was very young. She had an amazing childhood with her grandparents but they died when she was 19. With no family left, she was a bit of a drifter. She ended up as a translator for the NSA but after about a year noticed something fishy was going on. She looked into it and found out they were up to no good. She reached out to Denise—to this day Denise doesn’t know how she found her—and wanted to help the Team. With her expertise in basically every language, she has proved to be very valuable to the team. She is the ultimate Sass Master, sometimes more so than Flynn. She loves trolling the team, to lighten up the moods. (she succeeds. most of the time.)

Flynn is very grateful to have someone that is fluent in Croatian and didn’t realize how much he missed his mother tongue until she came along. Much to the teams dismay, the pair get up to no good a lot. He’s sort of adopted her as his little sister. (He calls her Ginny Weasley when she’s sad and it pretty much always works in cheering her up.) Lucy loves to improve her French with Millie and there’s a lot of tea spilled between the two of them. Jiya and Millie are gamer girls besties and eventually manage to sneak an Xbox in. (Jiya wanted a PlayStation but beggars can’t be choosers.)

Real question: If I continued to do streams (and figure out how to play some music over it lmao) would you guys watch? I don’t know if I can promise regular streams, and they’ll usually be at night (EST). I could take requests and stuff!

Meet Ana Tsay! She’s a quiet but assertive anthropologist who specializes in cults. Her own parents’ lives were hijacked by the introduction of one into their lives, sparking a fire in her to smite the organization (literally, by the way; she committed arson on one of the headquarters when she’s seventeen but unfortunately was arrested by the police). Stuck in jail, she looked for a way out to finish her quest for revenge and found one in Flynn, an at-the-time 30 year old NSA agent, who’s looking to start an investigation on the aforementioned cult—and ends up dismantling it with her.

Ever since, she’s considered herself somewhat indebted to Flynn and always answers when he calls for help; besides the life debt, she genuinely enjoys hanging out with someone who understands as she does that family is everything—even though she hates he’s such a prominent reminder she’s only 5’3”. (She’s got a habit of perching herself on furniture like cats do with high ground; Flynn jokes it’s to make up for her height.)

Despite never having set foot in Korea in her life, she’s still got the bbali-bbali culture—she’s got no patience for speeches and dramatics and always pushes for the most efficient solution. Because of that, her mind’s basically running like a hamster running frantically on a wheel all the time. That said, she’s not one for many words, preferring to listen quietly and say something only when it’s needed. Of course, her judgement of “needed” is extremely subjective; she’ll clam up when someone asks her about her anxious hand tremors but she’ll point out their untucked shirt. Although her silent manner and brutal honesty might seem cold, she’s deeply caring and kind.

She’ll show up in the epilogue of my fic quietly, he falls in love which I swear will be up by the end of the week. (a promise that will frustrate both you readers and myself if I fail to meet, because come on, it’s goddamn time.)
