[ARTICLE] CRUISE REALITY SHOW ANNOUNCED TO BE FILMED DURING HOLIDAY TRIPLE FANTASY TOUR
Representatives from BC Entertainment, Dimensions Entertainment, and Gold Star Media have confirmed that tickets have officially sold out for the upcoming previously announced Hallyu Triple Fantasy Asia Tour. The tour will include concerts in three cities featuring the entirety of both companies’ artist rosters and follows behind previous Hallyu Triple Fantasy concerts in Japan in 2017 and Jeju in 2018.
Additionally, it has been announced that the artists will take a cruise ship between cities and will be filming a reality show while on the cruise ship together. The reality show will be released exclusively through base Online for fans who purchase it.
The concerts will take place December 25, December 28, and December 31.
ADMIN NOTES:
Our latest event is a mix between a concert event and a variety show filming event. The idols under all three companies will be going on a three-city concert tour together and they will be traveling between each destination on a small ~300 guest capacity hybrid cruise ship. There’s a reason behind their odd method of travel, as they will be filming a cross-company reality show during their travels on the ship between ports.
On the cruise ship, idols will be booked two to a room with roommates. They will be able to either submit their choice of roommate two weeks before the cruise or, if they do not, they will be paired randomly. Idols will be required to stay with idols that are, by the organizers’ assumption, of the same sex. Room layouts will vary slightly, but a general idea of suite layouts can be found here and visual references can be found here, here, here, here, here, and here. Additionally, the ship includes a bar, a beauty salon & spa, an indoor pool and hot tubs, a fitness center, an observation lounge, a small library, a card and game room, and a theatre. The cruise also includes four dining options: a combination American & Korean BBQ grill restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a French fine dining restaurant, and a sushi restaurant.

Please keep in mind that while a significant portion of the time during the event, muses are being filmed for the reality show, nothing obviously scandalous would make the cut of the final show. On occasions where the crew is only following some idols, they will not follow those doing anything inappropriate for the light-hearted, clean tone of the show.
Please also note that on days at sea, everyone on board will have internet access limited to social media, news sites, and search engines. Idols will have to pay extra to access high bandwidth sites like YouTube and Netflix through the ship’s wifi while at sea. Phone calls and texting while at sea will result in high fees from service providers.

[ARTICLE] GOLD STAR MEDIA TO HOST HALLOWEEN PARTY FOR SECOND TIME
Following the media success of Gold Star Media’s Halloween party in 2018, fans and press alike waited for news of a followup in 2019, only for Gold Star to pass up hosting the event for a second year in a row.
Gold Star Media has now announced they will once again be hosting a Halloween party this year with attendees from their own company as well as BC Entertainment and Dimensions Entertainment and several other hot figures in the entertainment industry. According to industry insiders, an invite to the party was a hot ticket after Gold Star’s inaugural event saw such praise for attendees’ exciting Halloween looks.
This year, Gold Star has announced the party will have a theme beyond Halloween; it will be a masquerade ball with a “Modern Fairy Tale” theme. Media insiders suggest an even larger amount of attention will be showered on the event’s red carpet by media and fans this year.
The party will happen on Halloween night at an undisclosed venue.
ADMIN NOTES:
It’s time for a Halloween event! Gold Star Media has decided to follow up their successful 2018 Halloween party with another one two years later, this time themed as a masquerade ball. In addition to being a masquerade ball, the event is “Modern Fairy Tale” themed. All idols are expected to attend unless there are major extenuating circumstances such as illness or injury (which should be cleared with the admin, please!).
All attendees to the party are expected to adhere to a roughly creative black tie dress code and are required to bring a masquerade-style mask to accompany their outfit. They are also asked to keep in mind the fairy tale theme of the event, though they may interpret this as they wish; they may choose to dress up in a way that recalls a familiar fairy tale character or simply embody an elegant fairy tale-esque look, and they may choose to modernize it as little or as much as they want. A regular Halloween costume look isn’t expected or likely possible due to the dress code.
Idols will work with company stylists to choose their outfit. They’ll have more say in their look and more freedom than they normally do, but their outfit must still remain public-friendly and appropriate to their group or canon soloist image, i.e. a WISH or Lucid member won’t show up in a daring V-neck cutout dress.
Idol attendees will not be permitted a plus one and couple outfits must be avoided. Idols who serve as ambassadors of brands lending themselves to black tie attire at the time of the event may be encouraged or required within their deal to wear that brand in some way.
There will be a red carpet before entering the event for pictures that will be released as publicity. Group members will arrive at the event with their managers in vans and the rest of their group and photos on the red carpet will be taken in groups and then individually. Appointments at their regular salon will be made available for idols to schedule in advance if necessary. The red carpet will begin at 6pm, while the main event inside the venue will begin at 7pm.
The party will take place at a large modern ballroom-style event venue outside of Seoul proper, which will be decorated with modern, elegant decorations matching a typical modern masquerade ball look with a gold, white, and black color scheme.
Managers and other company employees, including CEO Bang Sunyoung herself for a period of time, will be present at this party, though press will not be allowed inside the venue beyond the red carpet.
Having a masquerade mask will be mandatory, and wearing it inside the venue is encouraged in the spirit of the event.
Activities & Locations Overview:
The entrance lobby is where all attendees will congregate after exiting the red carpet to have their invitations and identities checked before being allowed into the event.
The main room of the event is a large ballroom set up with elegant decor in shades of gold, white, and black (decor examples: 1, 2, 3). Attendees are free to seat themselves as they wish at the tables places along the exterior of the ballroom, though they are reminded that staff is in attendance at the event and they must be on good behavior. Waiters and waitresses will still be present with trays of hors d'oeuvres such a gourmet cheeses, caviar, spiced walnuts, and crab and avocado toast and flutes of champagne, as well as sparkling mineral water for those who do not drink. A live string quartet has been hired for the evening and they will play a mix of classical favorites, songs from fairy tale media, and spooky classics such as horror movie themes. From 9pm onward, the string quartet will leave and be replaced by a DJ to end the night on a more high-energy note. At this point, the central dance floor of the ballroom is expected to become a central part of the event.
Escape room, a section of rooms of the venue have been set aside and taken over by a top escape room company, who has set up a personalized escape room situation within the venue created just for the event. They’ll allow in groups of six to eight people in at a time to solve the fairy tale-themed escape room. The escape room has a time limit of forty minutes with a predicted 60% success rate.
A lawn outside the back of the ballroom. At 10:30PM, there will be a viewing on the lawn of a scary movie on a large screen. Blankets will be laid out on the ground to keep attendees’ expensive outfits from getting dirtied and a smaller selection of small tables around the outskirts of the lawn will also be available.
A garden also outside the back of the ballroom. This features a walking path through a professionally-designed flower garden. Past the flower garden is a small hedge maze lit by lanterns to keep in the spirit of the event.
Photo booths are set up throughout the venue which are free to use. The photo booths include a variety of Halloween- and fairy tale-themed props and offer the option to have the photos sent to your phone or printed off in a traditional photo booth manner.
A scavenger hunt will take place during the full duration of the event. A sign in the entrance lobby before entering the ballroom informs guests that there are six small white jack-o-lanterns hidden throughout the venue with numbers attached and guests that find all six numbers for a special code will win be entered into a lottery to win prizes such as tickets to Everland, a free stay at a resort on Jeju Island, etc. (The jack-o-lanterns can be found as follows: one in the ballroom on a table, one in the ballroom next to the stage with the string quartet, one in the entrance lobby on a white chair, one in the garden against the edge of a flower bed, one down an incorrect path in the maze, and one in a photo booth.) Winners of the lottery will be announced at the end of the event.

7pm-9:25: String quartet as musical guest in ballroom.

[ARTICLE] BC, DIMENSIONS, AND GOLD STAR RUMORED TO HOST SECOND JOINT STAFF RETREAT
Industry sources have revealed that BC Entertainment, Dimensions Entertainment, and Gold Star Media are hosting a second annual joint retreat and workshop. The three companies previously held a joint retreat last June in Hawaii and insiders claim the companies are looking within Korea this year. Though the exact location and the exact dates of the retreat could not be confirmed, sources state the location was suggested by both Gold Star CEO Bang Sunyoung and Dimensions Entertainment creative director Choi Dongwook, though none of the company executives will be able to attend the retreat themselves this year.
EVENT INFORMATION:
After the success of last year’s retreat in Hawaii, all idols and key staff members from the three companies have been invited on a joint retreat at a healing and wellness resort in the mountains of Gangwon Province, South Korea! All idols will leave by bus from Seoul on the morning of June 19 and the trip to the resort will take approximately two hours. There will be six buses total, with three buses reserved for the idols to travel in. Idols will be sorted onto buses by arrival time, so they may not be on the same bus as their group mates or label mates.
Attendance is considered mandatory, so if there’s a reason your muse wouldn’t be able to attend the retreat, please clear it with the admin first.
From the morning of June 19 to the afternoon of June 22, everyone will be staying at a resort nestled in the mountains of Gangwon. Idols will be sleeping in suites of three people to a room. Roommates will be chosen by random card draw, so idols may end up sharing with people they don’t know, though all roommates will be same-sex and idols will only room with other idols, not staff. Roommates can be plotted among muns as long as no more than two members of the same group are in the same room. There will be three full-size beds to a room. Each night, idols can choose to go on a group hike to go camping in the mountains in tents at an organized camping area if they’d like to sleep in the outdoors instead. Each idol will be limited to doing this only one night out of the trip.
The resort is advertised as a natural and relaxing escape from the rush of everyday life, so the cellphone and internet connection is quite bad though not entirely unavailable. There are no televisions or computers provided on the resort campus and activities available at the resort are focused on practices considered healing and relaxing. The resort does not have room service, but it does have a cafeteria building where personal chefs cook organic, healthy meals curated by expert nutritionists. No alcohol is served at the resort and it is strongly discouraged to drink or smoke on resort property, though it would not be impossible for attendees to smuggle such things in in their luggage.

The entire resort has been rented out for the trip, so only those associated with BC, Dimensions, or Gold Star will be at the resort during the stay.
Idols will be allowed to explore the resort and its surrounding area at their leisure, but there will also be activities specifically highlighted in activity brochures given to each attendee (including the aforementioned classes as well as hiking and traditional tea ceremonies) alongside mandatory events specific to the companies’ retreat that can be found below. One night and one afternoon of the trip have mandatory company events with an optional group event on an additional night, but idols may explore the area freely the rest of the time. Managers will not be on clock for the trip, but idols will still face punishment if they misbehave in a way that reflects negatively on the company in the presence of resort staff. All currently promoting groups/soloists will have pre-recorded their music show stages before leaving for Gangwon
Everyone will leave in the late afternoon of June 22 by bus back to Seoul following the group picnic.
Idols are not allowed to post to social media about the retreat until the retreat is over to avoid any fans finding their location and attempting to trespass on resort property.
Scheduled Activities Overview: (attendance is mandatory for all *except open mic night* unless muse is injured/ill)
June 19: Bonfire. After everyone has settled into their rooms and had a chance to explore the wellness resort, a bonfire will be held at the bonfire area of the resort. Staff will not be present at the bonfire, as they have another scheduled bonding event. The bonfire won’t be structured, but attendees are welcome to talk, play games, roast food, and other bonfire activities. After the bonfire ends, anyone who would like to take the hike up into the mountains to camp under the stars will be given the opportunity to do so (though this option is available every night).
June 20: Free day/night.
June 21: Open mic. This activity is optional. Any interested attendees may attend an open mic night to unwind on this night at the music hall. Attendees are free to perform music for the other attendees, read poetry, do comedy, etc. Signing up attend of time is not required, though it is an option. Attendees may team up for duets or group performances with any other attendee if they wish, but no one will be given more than ten minutes on the mic. A baby grand piano, an acoustic guitar, a tambourine, and a recorder will be available for use for musical performances as well as a sound system. Performers shouldn’t do anything too raunchy as they are in mixed company, but as these are private performances for fun and relaxation, they have a lot of freedom. Anyone interested in watching may come and go from the event as they please.
June 22: Picnic. On the last day of the retreat, all attendees will have an outdoor picnic together for lunch before leaving to return to Seoul. Every attendee will be given a lunch basket of fresh foods including meat, rice, vegetables, and fruit prepared by the resort’s personal chefs.

[ARTICLE] BC, DIMENSIONS, AND GOLD STAR ANNOUNCED AS SPONSORS OF SEOUL SPRING FESTIVAL
The Seoul Spring Festival was announced earlier in the year by the local government as a city-wide event taking place from March 30th to April 5th. The city of Seoul will be hosting a number of events over the course of the week, as will private businesses.
Recently, it was announced that entertainment companies BC Entertainment, Dimensions Entertainment, and Gold Star Media will all be sponsoring the festival in part and the idols on each company’s roster will be performing at one of two concerts hosted during the run of the festival. Tickets to the live concert events will cost ₩30000 each and fans unable to attend the live event can access an official live stream of both concerts for ₩15000.
ADMIN NOTES:
The time has come for our next drop event! In something of a spiritual successor to our 2018 Busan Summer Festival event, this is a week-long event in-’verse with several different varied opportunities for interactions.
Everyone under the three companies will be required to participate in their respective concert part of the festival barring extenuating circumstances such as major injury or illness. It must be cleared with the admin if you want your muse to have a plot that will keep them from participating in that portion of this event. Public activities for the event as well as the Pink Party are entirely optional both in and out of character, while the other private and semi-private activities (the cocktail party, the art exhibition, and the charity gala) will be considered optional out of character, but you’re welcome to say your muse was forced to attend by management in-character for the sake of interactions.
Activities marked “semi-private” will be open to only a select guest list, not the public, but some press may be present. Activities marked “private” will be open to a very select guest list and no press will be present.
EVENT DETAILS:
The Seoul Spring Festival takes place in-universe from March 30th to April 5th.
A number of events will take place in Seoul over the span of the week, from fun public events designed to heighten everyone’s spirits to exclusive, private events only the country’s most in-demand citizens such as celebrities and the wealthy have access to. As sponsors of the event, all three companies have allowed their idols some leeway in their schedules to participate in the festival even in their down time.
Muses will have a variety of required schedules throughout the week, but in their downtime, they’re also allowed to spend some time at the festival on their own as long as they follow the normal rules of staying on their best behavior in public. Any music shows taking place on the days of the festival can be assumed to either not interfere with what can be done that day or will be pre-recorded at a more convenient in the morning.
Outside of scheduled events, during the week of the festival, there will be sales at local shops and restaurants and smaller, special spring-themed events at cafes and parks.
The beginning and end of the festival will each be marked with a concert, for which each performer will be dressed in colors and cuts to suit the spring season. The concert set lists and styling can be found HERE.
CHOICE ACTIVITIES:
There are open events on the schedule listed below open to individual muses. This Google Form has been set up for muns to submit for the activity of their choice. At the time of posting, this will be open to one muse per mun only. All spots will be first come-first served from the time the event post goes up since choice activities will not have major career effects.
Keep in mind that canonically, companies would have final say in where their idols are scheduled, so you can request activities that your muse wouldn’t enjoy doing! These are completely optional, but can give you situations to write solos or threads about.

[ARTICLE] SBS ANNOUNCES NEW IDOL-CENTRIC REALITY SHOW “SHARED HOME”
SBS has announced the airing of a new reality show called Shared Home featuring an all-idol cast. Idols from BC Entertainment, Dimensions Entertainment, and Gold Star Media have all been rumored to be participating in the season as the main cast and as special guests in select episodes. According to SBS, the show is called Shared Home as several idols will come together in the sharehouse form of living and share their lives and emotions as they get to know each other and make their sharehouse into a shared home. Further details, including a premiere date, have yet to be announced, but the show is reportedly nearing the end of its casting process.
ADMIN NOTES:
Please note that this is only an announcement post and the tasks for this two week block are for slightly-backdated casting, not yet the filming of the show itself. This is our long-term, or ongoing, event for 2019, like our We Got Married event in 2017 and our Idolized documentary event in 2018! If you weren’t here for either of those, these sorts of events run longer than a normal event and will be driven forward by sets of tasks posted on a bi-weekly (once every two weeks) basis specific to the filming of each set of episodes. Like our We Got Married event, the number of muses who can participate as main cast will be limited, but, muses who aren’t in the main cast of the show will be able to make cameo appearances in the episodes and complete tasks related to that in order to earn points, too! Unlike the first two ongoing events, there’s also plans for the event to overlap with a couple of tasks or mini-events during its run through the end of the year.
The show will be partly based on the premise of the show Roommate, but will not be an exact copy. There will most likely be two separate houses and groupings of idols shot for the show to enable a wider cast of muses.
Please be aware that if you sign up to have your muse be a part of the main cast for the show, you are expected to be able and willing to try to fulfill bi-weekly prompts and plan on being active for the majority of the run of the show. You won’t be penalized for not completing every task since everything is for fun, but the goal is to have active members participating as the main cast so that the event can stay exciting and interactive! If you’re anticipating an extended period of low activity before the end of the year, it may be best to stick to the optional cameo tasks for your muses instead!
Step One: If you are interested in your muse being part of the main cast, please fill out this survey here in-character. The questions will be used to sort muses into one of two share houses as well as to decide initial roommates! This will be your official expression of interest for the event but step two must also be completed in addition to step one order to officially enter your muse into contention as a main cast member! In-character, this will be filled out by the muse after passing the casting process from step two and receiving the form from the producers. Out of character, this step should ideally be completed first if you plan to complete it.
You may only submit this survey for one muse per mun, so choose the muse wisely.
The survey will be closed if the number of submissions exceeds a reasonable number of participants to live in two houses. If the limit is surpassed to the point that cutting the cast down is required, the latest submissions and submissions that do not complete step two by the due date will be cut for the most fair method. No more than four idols from the same group will be allowed to participate as main cast at the same time. Consider this if you have multiple muses and are deciding which one to submit. It may be wisest to submit a muse from a group with fewer muses currently in it than a group with many muses taken. The form will be updated as soon as possible to note if/when any groups are capped.
Step Two: Complete this casting video prompt in-character with a character count of at least 400 words and tag it with #fmdshaudition. This will be your muse’s in-character audition for the show and you may collect three points after completing it. You will have until Friday, November 1, at 11:59PM EDT to complete this step.
Note: Step two can be completed without step one for the points if you do not wish for your muse to actually became a main cast member, just make sure not to complete step one if that’s the case! This can be done for muns that don’t want their muse to be a part of the main cast or for additional muses past the one per mun that can be considered for the main cast!
The survey will be closed a few days before the casting tasks deadline (or if the number of interested participants exceeds a realistic amount — around 30/40) and the cast, houses, and roommates will be announced not long after to officially begin the ongoing event.

[ARTICLE] GOLD STAR MEDIA TO HOST GOLD STAR NATION CONCERTS
Gold Star Media will be hosting two company concerts at the end of August at Seoul Olympic Stadium. The company’s entire roster of artists will be in attendance to perform their hits and special stages have been teased as well. Tickets sold out shortly after going on sale a few months ago, and buzz for the event has only increased as hype as been built through social media. The schedule for this event is as follows:
August 30: Gold Star Nation at Seoul Olympic Stadium @ 6PM - 10PM
August 31: Gold Star Nation at Seoul Olympic Stadium @ 6PM - 10PM
September 1: “Wrap” Party at private residence @ 6PM - (roughly) 12AM.
ADMIN NOTES:
Like both of the company concert events we’ve had previously, this event is one that’s part concert event and part standard event. All artists under the other companies will be invited to all nights of the Gold Star Nations concerts for publicity and will be strongly encouraged by management to attend at least one night and show up backstage to get supportive shots of them for the concert DVD to show a strong presence as the oligarchical powers of the industry (and to slip some BC and Dimensions promo into another company’s show). Attendance is obviously required for Gold Star Media idols, but attendance to at least one night is also considered a schedule for BC and Dimensions idols in return for Gold Star idols’ presence at their own company concerts and they aren’t likely to be able to get out of going at least one night without extreme circumstances to avoid causing tension between companies for falling short on their end of the unspoken deal.
The pool party on September 1st is semi-official schedule acknowledged, but not organized, by the companies due to the host’s trustworthy reputation and acquaintanceship with all three CEOs. It is not and will not become public knowledge. It is considered a gift to the Gold Star idols for their hard work, but BC and Dimensions idols have been invited by the host as well in the spirit of a true A-List industry gathering and are expected to attend to keep good relations between their companies and the host (and her husband, who is a stockholder in several major industry staples). Managers will be willing to drive idols to the concert wrap party in order to avoid any driving incidents, but will not attend the party itself unless they’re given a reason to such as reports of behavior by an idol they need to monitor.
The Concerts:
Idols from all companies will be given backstage-access passes by their managers and may be backstage up until 45 minutes before the concert begins, save for idols performing as special guests for collab stages, who may be backstage (some may be permitted to sit in the audience for some time before and/or after their stage) during the show, but must be on their best behavior. Idols from BC and Dimensions may return backstage after the concert, but will be given private seats on the upper level at the back of the stadium during any concerts they attend to sit in during the show.
Gold Star idols must be at the venue by 11AM on both days for pre-show preparation and soundcheck. Idols from other companies may begin arriving at 3PM. They will be given a private entrance to the event so they are not mobbed by fans. There will be a photo op for the press each day of the concerts an hour and a half before starting time that all Gold Star artists are required to be present for.

The "Wrap Party”:
While not a wrap party in the traditional sense of celebrating the wrap of a film or television shooting, the pool party on the day following the concerts has been organized as an equivalent to celebrate the successful conclusion of the Gold Star Nation concerts and the nearing end of summer. The party on September 1 will be hosted at a large private mansion residence outside of Seoul owned by former idol and popular variety star Park Namjoo and her husband. She’s known for her wide social circle, which includes all three CEOs and many executives from each company, and her love of hosting social events. Idols from the three companies may have met her in the past as well through industry events and variety appearances (though major connections with her should be avoided, please!).
The party is largely a free form and casual house party without a formal dress code or itinerary. There will be a vast supply of catered food and drinks (including a hired bartender) plus a meat grilling area, music, plenty of rooms for socializing, partying, and playing games like pool, foosball, or beer pong, and other party activities, in addition to full access to the mansion’s large outdoor pool. The party begins not long before sunset, so the outdoor pool and jacuzzi area will be illuminated once night falls for those who wish to remain outside. Though there is no formal dress code, the event is specifically a pool party so attendees are expected to wear swimwear under casual summer wear or other casual summer wear without a swimsuit should they not plan to partake in the pool aspect of the party.
The general atmosphere will be much more free and relaxing than idols normally get, but keep in mind the party has been allowed by the companies, so it won’t be able to get too wild without being shut down. The location is secluded enough and has a strict enough guest list to keep away the eyes of the media.

[ARTICLE] BC, DIMENSIONS, AND GOLD STAR RUMORED TO BE HOSTING JOINT STAFF RETREAT
According to industry insiders, BC Entertainment, Dimensions Entertainment, and Gold Star Media are coming together to treat their idols to a joint retreat and workshop in Hawaii in June! The exact dates of the retreat could not be confirmed at this time, but numerous insiders reported hearing of the news. When asked for a statement on the rumors, the three companies all gave short statements asking for respect of their artists’ private schedules.
ADMIN NOTES:
All idols and key staff members from the three companies have been invited on a joint retreat in Hawaii! Each company has booked a charter plane for their artists that will leave at varying times on the afternoon of June 1 (KST) to arrive in Hawaii on the morning (HST) of June 1. All idols will be on a plane with the other idols and staff from their own company with the exception of Unity, who will take a commercial flight from California to Hawaii due to their schedules, and Origin, who will take a private jet from London to Hawaii due to their schedules.
Attendance is considered mandatory, so if there’s a reason your muse wouldn’t be able to attend the retreat, please clear it with the admin first!
From June 1 to the morning of June 4, everyone will be staying at the Honua Kai Resort & Spa in Maui, Hawaii near the Ka'anapali North Beach (amenities, dining).
From the morning of June 4 to the very early morning of June 7, everyone will be staying at the Mailani Tower wing of The Royal Hawaiian Resort in Honolulu, Hawaii, situated on the beachfront of Waikiki Beach (amenities, dining, around Oahu).
Groups will be staying two or three to a bedroom in multi-room villas or suites and soloists will be staying in individual rooms at both locations. Room arrangements can be found HERE. For groups that are split up, the rooms would have been randomly decided by drawing lots at instruction of a manager.
Everyone will leave very early on the morning of June 7 either back to Seoul or to the location of their immediately following schedules.
Idols will be allowed to explore the islands of Maui and Oahu at their leisure, but there will also be activities specifically highlighted in activity brochures given to each attendee including hiking, surfing, boating, scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, sky diving, and cultural and historical tours alongside mandatory events specific to the companies’ retreat that can be found below. Three nights and one afternoon of the trip have mandatory company events, but idols may explore the area the rest of the time.
Please note, managers and security are still on the clock for the entire trip to avoid scandal and sasaeng issues and will be doing their jobs instead of participating in the retreat. All idols will be told they are required to take a manager or security guard with them if leaving the hotel to an area open to the public for their safety. All currently promoting groups/soloists will have pre-recorded their music show stages before leaving for Hawaii.
Idols are allowed to post to social media about the retreat, but are advised not to post their exact public location unless they’ve already left the area to avoid fan mobbing.
Scheduled Activities Overview: (attendance is mandatory for all unless muse is injured/ill)
June 1: First Night Celebration. After a day spent settling in, idols and staff alike will be expected to attend a get together celebrating the first night of the retreat. A grill lounge with a beachfront patio bar not too far from the hotel has been rented out for the event. This is a time for breaking the ice between people who may not know each other as well. The dress code is casual and there will be music and a relaxed atmosphere.
June 2: Dinner Party. A lavish dinner in a hotel ballroom paid for directly out of the pockets of the CEOs of the three companies. Dimensions’ CEO Choi Yeongjin will not be present at the retreat for unspecified reasons but contributed his part to the cost and sends his best wishes. The dress code is semi-formal and the menu will consist of a six-course dinner specially picked by the CEOs themselves. Attendees may choose their own seating and there will be plenty of time for socializing before and after the dinner. Kim Byungchul, Bang Sunyoung, and Choi Dongwook (in place of his uncle) will give short speeches celebrating their companies and thanking their employees.
June 3: Free day/night.
June 4: Game Olympics. In the early afternoon of June 4, after settling into the second resort location, all idols are sorted into teams along with select staff members and will compete in a series of games in a large convention room at the resort as a form of team-bonding. Games include classics like trivia and charades as well as a range of team-building games. If a muse happens to be ill or injured, they’ll only participate in the games they’re able to. June 5: Free day/night.
June 6: Last Night Celebration. Similar to the first night, this will be a mandatory get together to celebrate the end of the retreat and continue the good feelings of the trip. Attendees will be treated to a private traditional Hawaiian celebratory performance and a top of the line dinner menu as part of a sit-down dinner vignette show on a private lawn bordering a private stretch of beach. Once the show finishes, attendees are free to help themselves to the private beach or a nearby pool with a poolside bar as they wish. The dress code is casual clothing (optionally) over swimwear.

[ARTICLE] LOTTE WORLD RUMORED TO BE TEAMING UP WITH BC, DIMENSIONS, AND GOLD STAR FOR PROMOTIONAL DEAL
BC Entertainment, Dimensions Entertainment, and Gold Star Media have been rumored to be teaming up with Lotte’s shopping and amusement park divisions in a special endorsement deal to reach fans of all parts of the idol music industry. An endorsement deal of this size including three of the country’s top idol entertainment companies has rarely been seen before. Idols from the three companies are also rumored to be filming promotional materials for Lotte World and Lotte World Mall and Aquarium this month after it was announced Lotte World will be closed all day to the public on March 11 and Lotte World Mall and Aquarium will be closed all day to the public on March 18.
ADMIN NOTES:
The three companies have arranged a massive promotional deal with Lotte World, and this event will be tackling all of the festivities of the commercial filming every idol will be doing for the deal! All idols will be busy with this event on two separate days: March 11 and March 18 from 9AM to 7PM, and interactions may take place on either of these days. These are both Mondays, meaning no muses will be missing a music show filming during this time.
On each day, the idols will be taken first to their team’s preferred salon in the early morning to have their hair, makeup, and wardrobe done for the promotional filming (think fashionable and clean, but with unique touches to be in line with each idol’s concept; similar to styles found here and here), and then to the day’s filming location in van by group (or by themselves for soloists) with their managers. Each day the respective location will be closed to the public for them to film promotional materials. Idols will be granted free time at the amusement park on March 11 and at the mall and aquarium on March 18 after filming as part of their payment agreement with the company (and to hopefully get some more free promo in the form of social media posts and idols later talking about it on variety). At the end of the day, each idol will return by van to either their dorm (if they still live in one) or the company building (to return to their own homes from there). Idols are not allowed to leave early, even though the end of the schedule is technically free time.
Managers and security will be present the entire time they are at the locations and will be present both during and after the filming, but since the filming is completely private there will be some leeway off-camera. Idols should still be on good behavior and obvious PDA/flirting, excessive diet-breaking, or other banned behaviors discovered by managers are not allowed and will be subject to punishment, but there will be no limitations on who is allowed to hang out with whom during the private free time and the managers will give idols some distance to enjoy themselves.
Muns are encouraged to explore both the work and play aspects of this event!

4PM to 9PM: Free time to explore the park (both outdoors and indoors), including select restaurants and gift shops (though idols will be expected to pay normal prices there).
If final re-shoots need to be done, they’ll be done during this time.

9AM to 4PM: Commercial filming for Lotte World Mall or Aquarium
Each idol, either alone or in a group, will film a self-cam of themselves going on a mock shopping trip at the mall in addition to scripted scenes highlighting certain shops and venues (idol should avoid promoting any products that conflict with their other current brand deals), and/or they will film scenes of them visiting the aquarium and highlighting different tanks and features. Still photos will also be taken solo and in groups. Select stores will be lightly staffed (muns may assume any store they choose to mention is one of the select stores) and normal aquarium staff will also be present.
4PM to 9PM: Free time to explore the mall and aquarium.
Mall and aquarium will remain lightly staffed (again, muns may assume any store they choose to mention is one of the stores that is staffed), including select restaurants and attractions. If final re-shoots need to be done, they’ll be done during this time. Each idol has been provided a 300,000 won gift card to the mall as part of their payment that they may use the day of filming or save for later. Each idol will also be provided with a small gift bag of Lotte and Lotte-associated products (sweets, skincare, fragrances, makeup, accessories, electronics, etc.), also part of their payment.
