Merlin and Arthur get stuck in a cave because of an unexpected snowstorm! Merlin isn't all too happy about it.
This is honestly just an excuse to write them being silently cheesy with each other
('Arthur rushed down and grabbed Merlin’s shoulders. They were raised up to his ears, quivering. His servant’s breathing was sharp and fast, forcefully quiet as if he didn’t want to be too loud. Arthur felt a quick surge of panic at the action, because if Merlin was hiding something, it couldn’t be any good. He pushed the stupid feeling down and focused. ----------------- “I didn’t mean to!” Merlin hissed, “I’d do well without having to wash more stained clothes. But no, you just had to bring us out here.”
“How was I to know you’d snip your ankle?” Arthur quipped. He reached for Merlin’s neck, stealing the red scarf his servant always adorned.
