The Sheriff is in Town.
If I make a DTIYS of my Showgrounds Gang would Yal join-
A sanctuary, a safe haven, welcome to FNaF World!
So I’ve been thinking a lot about the ending to FNAF4 and the contreversy surrounding the reveal that we didn’t actually get to see the Bite of 87, given that the game apparently takes place in 83. And yeah, I was disappointed too, but then I realized something.
First of all, we all know Scott is a troll. A kind, generous family man who donates thousands of dollars to charity and loves his fans, but he’s still a massive troll. He’s used our expectations against us before, and that fake FNAF3 release shows how much he enjoys screwing with us (but in a loving way :P).
Which led me to my second realization: Scott never promised that this game would be about the Bite of 87. It was hinted at with all the 87′s in the coding and the “Was it Me?” teaser images. After all, he’s hidden clues and information in the coding before. But he never actually up and said it. We inferred that on our own, and I have no doubt that Scott expected us to do just that.
As such, when the 1983 thing came to light, we bitched and complained about getting cockteased, which was also no doubt intentional. And in the process, we completely overlooked the fact that while Scott didn’t give us the Bite, he still gave us the secret behind another, arguably even more important mystery. We got the origin of Golden Freddy, and by extension, quite possibly the source of the hauntings themselves, something that’s been plaguing the fanbase since the first game. But since we got ourselves all hyped up for the Bite, this all flew right over our heads. And Scott is probably laughing himself sick over it.
Scott, you troll. You magnificent troll.
Still no idea who Purple Guy is though. His Easter Egg seems to clear Jeremy, unless Jeremy had worked for both locations. Phone Guy is a possibility again, since the third game showed that he was directly involved with the Spring suits. Which would mean he did survive the fourth night phone call, but that’s still speculation.

Look guys, I don’t care if you don’t like Five Nights at Freddy’s. I don’t care if you think the series should end. The point is there are a lot of people who like it and them being excited for the 4th one is not hurting you in any way. Stop shitting on other people’s fun and just blacklist it. It’s not that hard.
