HAPPY PRIDE!!!! Feat. The MIMIC!

Happy Pride Month — I hope you're all doing amazing 💖 I've always wanted to make proper Pride fanart, and I finally did it! (I mean, I did one in my sketchbook last year, but that doesn’t really count, hehe.)

Right now, I’m still in the middle of my final exams, so finishing this piece was really challenging. I get out of exams at 9 AM and make it home by 10, so I had a little window to draw before my mom came home (she says no drawing during exams 😅). But hey — I pulled it off!

Originally, I was going to draw the Mimic in that T-shirt look I gave him last time, but the sleeve perspective was too tricky, so I went with his classic bare endo design.

Why the Mimic? I hadn’t seen much (if any) Pride art of him — although @kathegooseKathegoose beat me to it — but I still wanted to do my own version. He gives off strong genderfluid vibes, especially since he literally changes gender depending on who he’s mimicking. That felt perfect for a Pride piece. I really, really enjoyed drawing this, and I hope you enjoy it too! :3
