After a lot of thought, I decided my blog needed a different name. It's a new chapter and the energy is different in my life now. I don't feel like ambient is quite right anymore.

Hello. I'm a former nonspiritual agnostic who somehow wandered into the desert and came out with a handful of creosote, some candles, a tarot deck, and questions about existence.

I went from believing in nothing to exploring a chaotic little bit of everything: astrology, plants, folklore, moon phases, dried herbs, and whatever I stumble into from there.

I don't entirely know my focus, and honestly, my head is a mess. Words and ideas swirl around like I'm standing in one of those old money grab machines they had at Shoe Carnival and no matter how fast I move it just slips on by. So eloquence is not my strong suit by any means. But I still would like to document my journey. I've spent a large portion of my life living for others and I now choose to live for myself.
