You’ll have to fight to get the them to watch anything that isn’t either Megamind or the Pyroar King tho.”

"...I'm not about to forget all the shit you put me through," lucy murmurs in that dangerously playful (yet oh so lethal) tone, ruby-hued wine swishing in her glass as she tilts her head towards sierra. some restaurant with a fancy name provides the backdrop for whatever this is turning into, but the pike queen has barely spared a glance at the menu since they had arrived. (who can really blame her? sierra is quite easy on the eyes--especially out of that damn uniform, for once. she's looking sharp. stunning.)
"bruises, scrapes...and don't forget the cracked ribs from last time," lucy laughs, keeping a casual tally on her fingers. her eyes narrow teasingly as she indulges in a sip. "was all worth it to pin and finally submit you, though. I'm going to miss us trying to kill each other--you really can't buy a rush like that..."
vera is curled up at the frontier brain's heels, a watchful coil kept at bay with a few green pokeblocks. the seviper alone sends an unspoken message--disturb these ladies at your own risk.
"all's to say...don't think I've forgotten about our little deal, either." lucy's grin has fangs as she nudges sierra knowingly beneath the table. "don't get me wrong--I love being wined and dined, but I believe you still owe me a vacation visit to hoenn? I can tell that you're still obsessing over work, and I want to be the one spoiling you for a change..."
Lucy has a way with her words. Brutal, yet vague. Taking her sweet time to come to the point. Dramatic at heart. Delightfully so. Her annoying tendency to beat around the bush instead of being direct is still balanced perfectly by her way with words, and her clear requests once she's done playing the part of the precious, venomous princess.
She should've expected this, actually. Sierra knew she had to keep her part of the deal eventually, but despite her clear loss she still wanted to play hard to get. Or keep on working until she was sure she wouldn't leave anything behind for Arlo and Cliff to ruin.
Sigh.
"And here I thought I could've gotten away with it."
Half joking, the Rocket gave the other a disgustingly saccharine smile, her head cocked on the side.
"Are you implying you managed to ask the Boss to give me a couple of free days? You're full of surprises, my dear."
