Was G5-19 Glory's girlfriend?

I've just done the Emergent Behaviour quest with the Railroad still intact, this time. Glory says that G5 was strong; she resisted several mindwipe attempts by the Institute. They knew each other there before Glory escaped. They were friends, 'like family' even.

Glory becomes her body's custodian after G5, terrified of being caught and mindwiped by the SRB again, opts for new memories, essentially a personality transplant, despite Glory's attempts to dissuade her.

They were certainly close. What do you think?

Yo can someone explain why everyone wishes Valentine was romanceable?

I mean I get it, he's an adorable synth with what's gotta be one of the more complex backstories and questlines in game, along with how many missions he can add to, including Far Harbor which I think fitably should be called Valentine's DLC, and the cutest lines and thoughts and just being him in general, but anyway, I like - well, love - the best friend aspect of the highest affinity with Nick. It makes me think of those cliche movies where the outcast young adult is friends with the middle-aged wise man of the town and they go on adventures and learn life lessons and what not. I don't know it just feels like his whole story and his experiences that you go through with him don't seem like they would work as a backing to a romance? It really does feel like a best friend aspect, more than any other companion in the game (I think Piper would also fit on the list, something about how she treats the SS makes me think of a great friendship as well). Obviously it feels like a BFFs type companion storyline, because that's what it is down to base coding lol, but even then, I base my head canons and AUs off of the experiences I have in game, so it might just be weird for me to change something that already exists... Which I guess is why it's called and Alternate Universe lol

stares at ceiling why does curie say she's a product of robco technology she is a modified ms. nanny robot!!! that's general atomics!!! while yes the newer line of ga mr. handy models (and, i assume, ms. nanny) were created with assistance from robco, from what i can tell it was not widely known, and Also codsworth, a mr. handy the solsu had prewar (for a very short period, as evidenced by the convo the solsu has with their spouse where they say they were initially unsure of getting a mr. handy, but he'd been doing well with shaun) has a Lot of beef with robco that he is Very loud about, so ga was clearly not too happy about robco's general existence, despite numerous business and govt contracts the two corporations shared
