Was G5-19 Glory's girlfriend?

I've just done the Emergent Behaviour quest with the Railroad still intact, this time. Glory says that G5 was strong; she resisted several mindwipe attempts by the Institute. They knew each other there before Glory escaped. They were friends, 'like family' even.

Glory becomes her body's custodian after G5, terrified of being caught and mindwiped by the SRB again, opts for new memories, essentially a personality transplant, despite Glory's attempts to dissuade her.

They were certainly close. What do you think?

So if someone uses the recall code for G5-19 on synth Curie, will she reset? Does that mean she goes back to G5′s programming and we lose Curie forever??
