Aldabra Fody Foudia aldabrana
It is endemic to Aldabra, an atoll northwest of Madagascar, part of Seychelles. Adult males spend most of the year defending and maintaining nesting territories. They are strongly territorial, with a characteristic threat display consisting of drooping the wings and tail while puffing out the feathers of the head, breast, and rump.

Anyone on here whose condition is such that they can work almost as normal with their typical amount of pain but who get like 1 or 2 bad episodes in a month/2months? I’m asking because that’s how its been for me and I’m having a hard time feeling sort of ostracized at work because I call out more than anyone else. How do you deal with that? I want to have a good working relationship with my coworkers but it feels harder all the time.
Have a picture of some fody (ibs friendly) brand sauces for fun- not related to what was said above.
