Man I was writing a devil's minion fanfic, but unfortunately I don't think that my writing skills in English are sufficiently succinct or sublime enough in order to compose a coherent history... Nevertheless another problem that I'm facing is the fact that my mind doesn't have enough knowledge in regards to American culture or history through the eighties (besides the hiv pandemic and all the discrimination that LGBT people were experimenting), however I was thinking: "Fuck it, I'm going to write it based on my experience living in an underdeveloped hell hole that is Mexico" but I'm not sure if people is going to like it, like imagine Daniel Molloy during the eighties in Mexico, that mf would definitely listen to Soda Stereo and Aterciopelados. What should I do?

Plus, I want to base the first chapter on my drug experiences that I had in the past, and the tumultuous link between sexuality and the experience of previous trauma.

ayghushs im so obsessed with the faceless people of dbd ! The observer (i know he isnt faceless anymore but we know next to nothing so i still consider him "faceless") vigo and baker and the og survivors before dwight and them ! The black vale and its members....HOW SO MANY STORIES ARE SO TIED TOGETHER ITS INSANE! HOW EVEN CARMINA HAS CONNECTIONS TO HADDIE AND HOW HERMAN IS ALSO CONNECTED TO DREDGE AND HADDIE THROUGH HIS MENTOR i feel like people really sleep on the fact that the entity often times works for YEARS to create killers...years of subtle influence and minor events years of dark whispers and impulses....of trickery and manipulation. What are the celestials ? How do they scale in power compared to the entity? Why are the observer towers so protected? Why has the observers gone in hiding/been killed off? Im really hoping the dbd movie is just a huge lore dump and not just a oh here are trials and a vauge ending of possible escape for the characters!

Is the same person who teams up with tomb haddie to hunt down the black vale also the same person who employed elodie to track down stuff as well? Or someone with connection to them? Maybe the same group that elodies and felix parents where apart of are the ones helping elodie and haddie?

anybody else tired of how romantic everything dark academia is? I just want something aesthetic and non-romantic. Something personal and contemplative that isn't a love poem. Not everything is about love, and not everything should be about love. Some things should be about pretty stuff, or good books, or writing on a saturday evening or wishing for another world. Whoever decided Dark Academia was only for people who fall in love?
