I have been listening to Gnod quite a lot recently and this is one of my favourite jams from them. Gnod are a psychedelic and drone collective from Manchester who formed in 2006 and they have an ever changing lineup of members. I first came across them in 2012 where they played Black Bombaim, a stoner/psychedelic rock band from Portugal (whom Sara knows) in the basement of the Bay Horse. They were pretty great then but they slipped from my mind and only recently listened to them in detail.
They are quite prolific recording artists to say the least, with around 20 LP's & EP's (quite a few a collaborations with other bands such as White Hills, Foink & Bear Bones), so it can be quite a daunting discography to pick and choose from but I'd recommend the 'Chaudelande' compilation which brings together 2 EP's 'Chaudelande Vol. 1' & 'Vol. 2' together, which the above song is off. It's 6 really great psychedelic tracks and that'll keep you occupied for a while.

Pound for Pound supported by Concrete Garden, Walking Abortion and Foink
Twickenham, a kind of youth club which I think was called Heathrow House
Saturday 17 December 1994
Some friends in bands. It was Foink's last show, as I recall. I got handed a demo tape of a band called Choke On It, which was pretty good.
This isn't a ticket, just something Pound for Pound chucked into the audience.
