Okay so here’s my theory. The douchebag dad is going to mistakenly kidnap Sangnuea, thinking he’s a pure omega. Keep him in a room of the house and station guards around him so he can’t leave. Intending to present him to Nakhin. But Sagnuea is in heat and will not have access to his medication. That’s where this scene comes from.

And instead of Nakhin, Naphitch is the one that finds Sangnuea. And Sanguea has met him before, recognizes his scent, trusts him. So he willingly submits himself to Naphitch while in the depths of his heat. That’s where this scene comes from.

Edit: also I think there’s a distinct possibility that while kidnapped by the dad, the dad injects him with heat inducing drugs. The dad wouldn’t know of course that Sangnuea’s heat wouldn’t affect Nakhin either way because afaik Sangnuea is not a pure omega.
