Aight so because the wiki isn’t helping, i want to know everything about Keats from folklore even if its a spoiler. Im intrigued by that man and i don’t understand anything that i have read about him because he seems underated.

It's a very long time since I played the game myself, so I don't remember a lot of details. But here are some highlights:

Keats works as a paranormal investigator, though a very cynical and skeptical one. When he hears of strange activity in the coastal Irish village of Doolin, he goes to check it out.

There he finds a young woman named Ellen, who's investigating the mysterious disappearance of her mother. Soon murder comes into play and both heroes find themselves entering a magical but dangerous realm as they search for answers.

Spoilers:

There Keats finds he can take on a monstrous form that allows him to fight his way through the netherworld. His quest is separate from Ellen's, though he sometimes helps her. It becomes clear that, even though they're strangers, they're somehow connected.

Towards the end of the game, Keats learns that he isn't human -- he's a type of ghost who was brought into being by a childhood friend of Ellen's (who himself died).

He is indeed a very interesting and underrated character.
