What is your opinion upon the Ralsei drawing I drew, and can you please give me some ideas on how to texture the scarf better?

So on twitter, one of my followers drew this based on a Shy!Stan sketch I did, and this makes me so undeniably happy.
Somebody liked something I did so much that they made art and that makes me so giddy and happy. That feeling is probably the best feeling I've felt in a looooong time. I'm not gonna give out the name unless they'd like me to, but I just wanted this here and let it be seen as the stepping stone to gibe me confidence to post more stuff. Now I'm well aware that you shouldn't make art for the sole sake of likes and you shouldn't, for a long time I've hardly posted but I draw all the time. I just never posted because I've always thought, nobodies gonna like it anyway so why bother?
But when I took a chance and somebody did.... I don't know it felt like 'yea you ARE good! So why not post more and at least make this one person happy you made something?'
As dumb as it sounds, I've always found that while I love to draw and I know my skill is decent, making something for the sake of someone else just makes me feel good. And then to make something I LIKE that I know some SOMEBODY else also likes makes it even better! At least for me.
Find your reasons to make and create something. It depends on you as a person. Anyway sorry for that, this was meant to be a quick spew on how much I love this and it turned into just a MASSIVE appreciation post. So thank you to my follower who made this, you'll never know how much this meant to me when I saw it in my notifications and I hope I can make more content you and many others will love.

Curious, AO3 Author and Ralsei fanatic “EggBabyOfficial” seemed to have completely dodged my earlier question. To say I am upset wouldn’t even scratch the surface. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
