^_^crunch hello crunch^__^ i would love to hear abt foolbur if u wanna talk abt it..
OKAYYYY YAYYYYYYYYYY
It’s basically like. A dumb little idea that spiraled into being canon to me (exists in the same canon as Bug and Wizard do to me!) how it goes is that
Wilbur was like, going out to sea with the expectation that he was just gonna fucking die there. Like she was going to die at sea or wash up somewhere nobody would find her. But to his surprise he instead washed up on Foolish’s summer home beach. Very weak and probably dying so like, when Foolish found this wet lump on his beach he was like “oh god damn it why the fuck are you here. if you leave youre going to die so you can fucking stay I GUESS” and lets Wilbur stay. I think Wilbur ends up getting attached because its. SO fucking nice to have someone with no previous biases of her and also Foolish reminds him of his dead wife (fish) and I think Foolish knows that but like. Ends up becoming kinda sentimental because its probably UNBEARABLY lonely in his summer home after he’s continually pushed ppl away from being there (and with the only consistent visitor being Bad who comes there mostly to fuck with him) so its nice to have company even though foolish knows that wilbur (originally. It does change to genuinely liking Foolish as a person) originally got attached to him because he reminded wilbur of sally yk yk. I like them theyre cool guys
slams in here at Mach 10. Fooleretbur. You agree.
Eret drags Wilbur off on holiday with her to stay with Foolish at his place for a week because “what do you mean you’ve never been on holiday”. He spends the first day being shitty about it, but finally gets bored staying inside and decides to join them at the beach that evening, if just to be a little hater. (He actually has fun. But he doesn’t say that because then Eret would be right.)
in my head when Wilbur is living at Foolish's summer home he wears Hawaiian shirts all the time. partially to be funny and partially as an attempt to stop making himself into this dramatic figure so he can just be like. a guy. or girl maybe
SOOOOO FUCKING REAL i think living with Foolish was really such a “oh i can kinda do whatever now i don’t really have expectations placed on me anymore.” She’d FOR SURE be wearing hawaiian shirts and like. Sundresses and tanktops and all the stuff he hasn’t worn in YEARS. He’s having fun :’3
foolbur on the brain again. thinking about how almost all of Foolish's creations are these massive, larger than life, grand works of art that are devoid of life and often purpose (Foolish's summer home is a giant ornate bright structure that only he lives in. Kinoko Kingdom felt almost too big for its own purposes and was missing a marred by the fracturing of karlnapity. The Mansion was left derelict for most of its life after completion. Las Nevadas was Las Nevadas.) and how Wilbur's creations are these either small or meager builds that he slaps names onto and calls countries and needs to make stories for (L'Manberg, Pogtopia, making little menus and things for Paradise) and how a chunk of Foolish's story is spent attempting to reach real actual Godhood and getting killed in a ritual sacrifice and preyed upon by a man who learned to control the social and political strings around him to live forever (metaphorically) and how a chunk of Wilbur's story was spent casting himself as this heroic leader figure before pivoting to make himself the villain as he spiraled into suicide and how both of them take swings at being something greater and are sharply reminded of their limitations. sorry for the run on sentence
HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT HOOY SHIT HOLY SHIT YEAH U FUCKING GET IT…. Both of them and their pasts of wanting to be bigger and better and more more more. But it’s never really been enough and them and their efforts have always fallen short. Reminded of how painfully human they actually are GODDDDDDD
Out of all the ships to come out of this RP server I'm in, foolbur wasn't on my radar. And I play the Wilbur.
