I told Fred that I learnt to cook belt fish from my maternal grandma when I was only 9. Last week I found it in Korea Town. After a couple of decades, it’s the first time to cook it again. It brings a lot of memories back. #红烧带鱼 is a very Chinese dish. The fish is incredibly delicious but too many bones. 😱😱 definitely not western friendly!
