We gotta be careful with the alter age vs body age thing. If you can understand that insys adults in a system that's bodily a minor cannot be considered adults because of experience and development, it should not be hard to consider the inverse. A syskid or a little who is in a body that has passed that physical, social, and cognitive developmental stage is not a child. They can be childish or childlike but are not children. Ofc every little is different, which is why blanket statements on what is appropriate don't work.
