Sylvie burying her head in the sand and believing the Loom exploding means everything is fine now is perfectly in character for her. In season 1, she was certain killing HWR would be the solution to all problems. Once again, Sylvie's main flaw is her childish optimism.

If the problem is out of sight, then there's no problem. She saw the Loom exploding, but it doesn't seem to have affected reality around her so it must mean this was not that bad, right ? And it's not like she doesn't care about what is not affecting her personally. She simply doesn't believe there's a problem at all and she thinks Loki is making things up. And since Loki himself is not very clear about what the problem is, she has no reason to believe him.

There are times when I’m alone that I think, This is it. This is actually the natural state.
