✨ Garlic Butter Steak Bites ✨
✨ ½ teaspoon garlic powder
✨ ¼ teaspoon black pepper
✨ Tiny pinch of salt (if needed)
✨ 1 tablespoon cooking oil
✨ Cut the steak into ¾-inch cubes.
✨ In a microwave-safe cup, melt the butter. Stir in:
* 🧈 1½ tablespoons butter
* 🧄 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
* ⚫ ¼ teaspoon black pepper
* 🧂 Tiny pinch of salt (if needed)
Set the butter mixture aside.
✨ Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
✨ Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
✨ Add the steak cubes in a single layer.
✨ Cook 1½–2 minutes without moving them.
✨ Turn the cubes and cook another 1–1½ minutes.
✨ If needed, toss for another 30 seconds, aiming for medium to medium-well.
✨ Once the steak reaches your desired doneness, pour the prepared garlic butter over the steak.
✨ Toss the cubes for 30–40 seconds, turn them once, and cook another 30 seconds until everything is coated and fragrant.
✨ Remove from the pan and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
She really liked my first attempt at steak bites. However I didn’t cut the steak even enough which I think will improve the flavor next time.
