I need more whump for robots and insects, ESPECIALLY whump for insect characters-

Insect Whumpee:
The whumpee gets separated from their colony/the colony moves on without them.
A storm hits, and the whumpee spends hours trying not to get lost/blown away. Maybe they try to fly, but the winds are too strong for their wings.
If your whumpee is able to, maybe they arise from metamorphosis too early, causing their wings to be deformed.
If they experience molting, maybe this goes wrong/they become sick from it. Maybe too-much of their molting comes away, leaving them with open wounds that become infected.
If they have antennas, maybe these could get damages somehow, causing the whumpee to become disoriented/confused.
Their body temperature could drop, causing them to become sluggish/unresponsive.
If they have multiple eyes, they could be very sensitive to bright lights.
Sometimes their instincts take over, and they hate it. For example, they hate that they freeze when danger is present.
Maybe they refuse medical
"It's only a crack, it'll heal over." Maybe if they have shell-like pieces on their body, they use glue/duct-tape to repair the issues.
Maybe they have attributes that are highly sought after for research, so they're often hunted by bounty hunters...
Robot Whumpee:
The robot doesn't feel emotions, but their circuits fizz with panic. It's deeply uncomfortable.
When they try to say they're okay, their voice module glitches.
When their internal systems are damaged, they feel very disoriented/upset - especially when they're unable to be useful.
Over time they have to replace parts, and they start to feel less like themselves. They keep the old damaged parts, as throwing them away feels wrong.
They hate maintenance, as it means someone has to dig around inside them - one wrong move and that's it.
They also hate charging, as they have to shut down completely and they hate to be alone and vulnerable.
Their excellent memory is a blessing and a curse - maybe the whumper purposefully deletes memories when they're captured.
Their emergency override activates at the wrong time.
Maybe they learn that pain was an optional addition someone added to their system.
The caretaker learns the difference between 'operations are functional' and 'I'm okay'.
