I'm going to be so sore tomorrow, I was meant to run 10k today but instead ran 3 of which one was the fastest km I've ever ran because it went right of a mountain (Yes this is a mountain you can't convince me otherwise, I'm from a super flat place okay, hill training at home is literally 15 steps up the closest thing to a hill we have). Still not as fast as i could go because I had to pause for traffic a lot, but I tried to remember every trail running documentary I've ever watched to figure out how to run down a mountain without falling flat on my face. And then I ran like 1.5km flat before going back up and calling it quits halfway through because I was dying. Going to walk loads tomorrow so hopefully my feet and calves won't protest too much...
