Forest Collins is the creator of 52 Martinis, a search for the best cocktails in Paris. You can find her under 52martinis on Elixr.
She was kind enough to chat with me (Marc) about what brought her to Paris, the evolution of the Paris cocktail scene, and her love of gin and the gin martini. And, I think I finally found a microphone setup that isn't massively annoying.
