Another day, another run! Getting back into it because I've been so lazy lately and slacking off on running.
Had my first cub corps class today at the gym. Going to be sore tomorrow.
It’s cool though because I didn’t start having self doubt thoughts and anxiety until I was outside of the gym. Even then it was pretty mild.
This time last year it would have been bad and I wouldn’t have even gone.
Shoot. A few months ago I wouldn’t have gone.
It’s nice to be able to see improvement in myself rather than just the negative. Counseling really has helped me. And I’m so happy.
