Today was my last class at cup corps. We retested our baseline from week 1 to see how our times improved.
Baseline: 500 meter row 40 air squats 30 ab mat situps 20 push ups 10 ring rows
Week 1 time: 7:35seconds Week 4 time: 6:25 seconds
I cut a whole 70 seconds off my time!! I’m really excited about that.
We did baseline 2 times today so my time would have been faster if it was just a 1 time deal but I didn’t want to over push myself the first round and lose more time my second round.
