You know, I legit didn’t know that a year ago there was an official Five Nights At Freddy’s haunted house-y walkthrough event in Vegas. But, somebody got video, and I thought i might as well share it with the rest of y’all who haven’t seen it.

Some may say it’s a bit of a late season for this, I say FOREVER SPOOKY GOD DAMMIT!

You know, I’ve been thinking about the sorts of monsters that’d be associated with the Harvest Holiday*, and here’s what I got so far:

The Grim Reaper (The holiday’s mascot of course)

The Ankou (Which I count as a different monster from Grim)

Animate Scarecrows

The youkai Kunekune, which is related to a type of scarecrow

Animate Sacrificial Wicker Men, bees optional

The Jinmenju

The Barometz/Vegetable Lamb

The Dorotaboru, which I remembered thanks to the lovely sticker I bought from @cattype, who you should all check out

Vegetable Goblins, of the kind that used to appear on old Halloween cards

Vampire pumpkins/watermelons

@hodgman‘s Brain Corn, if he is cool with them being treated as an open species

So, anyone know of any others?

*Which I fucking refuse to call “Thanksgiving,” because its connection to that historical event is about as close as Zebra Cakes’ connection to being real food, and all it does is twist the knife on the nations we stole the country from.
