The cat

I'm going.

The city in front of me is as if uninhabited, empty. Even though about five thousand people and many more animals live in it . You can not see any traffic on the street. There’s no falling leaves.

Nothing. Everything seems to stand still.

I'm standing.

Everything around me seems alive. Even a deserted hollow makes quiet sounds. Even though there is nobody here and nothing is moving. Even the wooden fence seems to have a soul.

Everything. As if nothing died.

I'm running. The world in which I am exists, is vibrant with life or standing still.

Lunch time. It dies, no one is in the street, everyone is eating dinner. Only a black cat runs my way. I run to survive.

Everything or nothing. As if anything mattered.
