Summary:  When a lone Wen cultivator arrives at the Cloud Recesses and seeks out the last surviving child of his sect, Lan Zhan experiences a crisis of the heart.

Or: A-Yuan’s past and present collide, and Hanguang-jun wants what is best for his son, even if it pains him.

My comments:  (Read Always by kimboo_york first, since this story expounds on ideas from that one.)

I am sobbing.  This is the one where a Wen cultivator shows up out of nowhere and demands that Sizhui belongs to him, for family reasons and for cultivating reasons (because Lan Sizhui has a Wen Core, which is different from a Lan Core).  Lan Wangji is so TORN, because he wants to do right by his son, because he loves him so much... but he doesn’t want to relinquish him.  Ugh.  This story had me on the edge the whole time.  Happy ending!

One of my favorite moments from my performance at the @creativehips holiday showcase.   ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Honestly, I did the most over the top happy dance I have probably ever done in my life when I saw this picture 😂   ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Why? Because I can see the work. I can see the progress. And, it makes me feel fantastic. This week, I got some really amazing compliments about my dancing and the way I teach, but sometimes I struggle to see it. I think many dancers can relate to this feeling. We never see ourselves as others do. I see myself as an eternal beginner and forever student, I probably always will. But for a moment, I felt really great about my posture, my arms and finding my groove.
