Mr. Darmiyanto, as known as Mr. Dar (Pak Dar) is a becak driver in Salatiga, Central Java with a bunch of Marathon Run achievements. This 73 years old man has been collected 172 medals and the last one is from tournament in Perth, Australia. A lot of articles had reported his achievement. Last Friday I went to his house to cast about his daily life especially in leisure time he don’t work.

Pak Darmiyanto, atau biasa disapa Pak Dar adalah tukang becak dengan swgudang prestasi di kejuaraan lari maraton. Bapak 73 tahun ini telah mendapat sebanyak 172 medali, terakhir diperolehnya dari memenangi turnamen di Perth, Australia. Sebenarnya, banyak artikel menceritakan kisah dan pencapaiannya di bidang lari maraton. Jadi, Jumat lalu saya berkunjung ke kediaman beliau untuk mengulik keseharian Pak Dar di waktu senggangnya.

An observer from above || open

The sun shining, the birds chirping, and to top it off, a gentle breeze flowed pleasantly by. It was an lovely day to be outside and the park was filled with people who obviously felt the same. 

Hidden amidst the leafy foliage of a large tree sits our pretty thief in a summer dress of light material on a branch. Her long blonde hair was in waves and blew past whenever a breeze decided to make the leaves dance around her. 

In her hand was a particularly delicious ice cream cone. Pistachio-flavored. With appreciative licks here and there, Jeanne observed passersby idly, enjoying her relaxation time away from heists, prickly high society, and her mission. 

Suddenly, a strong breeze swept away the ribbon that had loosely adorned her hair into the bushes below. 

Oh my. Well, hopefully no one sees. I'll attend to it after the business of properly finishing this ice cream.
