Ascari - The corner Hamilton lost his tyre at, at Silverstone last year. That, very simply, was the moment when the man became the greatest F1 driver of all time. So only fitting that it be picked.

Hawthorn - Ok I got three asks in three minutes all asking Hawthorn (shh, let me be dramatic). So Hawthorn (1/3): Ferrari 412T1. I know this isn't the winningest car or anything, but my lord look at that thing (and hear it wail). Simple livery, pretty design on the sidepods. What is not to like? It is the quintessential F1 car for me, what I thought they all looked like before I began watching (which is funny because it is half a decade before my time)

🌿 Herb: What is a scent you find relaxing?

Anything that reminds me of cozy night aesthetic. Could be that wood smell, could be the smell of italian food (like, homemade pizza and pasta, atleast the way we make it in India). Smells bring memories haha, and that's how they become relaxing.

🥛 Milk: What is a food you find comforting when you are sad?

Idk, idt I have a stress eating habit honestly. I actually forget to eat sometimes (though not at home, because parents). But if there was one, it'd be ice cream fosho.

By percentage of wins alone (winning 15 of 16 races!), this is the most dominant car to have ever raced in F1. How did they make it work? Let’s look at what made this car so fantastic.

1. The Shape: Seriously, the shape. While F1 cars in the ‘70s and ‘80s had been fairly high up (look at how upright the drivers would sit), Gordon Murray was one of the first to pioneer the low-lying design that is a mainstay in F1 to this day. This allowed all the weight to be distributed as low as possible in the car, which gave it much better handling characteristics. 

2. The Engine: While being a leading force with its Porsche-TAG engines in the early part of the season, the people at McLaren were finding it increasingly hard to beat the Williams squad with their superior Honda engine. Gordon Murray coming to McLaren the previous year convinced Honda to jump ship, and this became instrumental to bringing Senna over from Lotus. While the public widely expected the season to be competitive because the turbo engines were muzzled for their final year in F1, Honda was able to manage that challenge and produce an extremely light, powerful and efficient turbo V6 for the season. Williams by contrast, running Naturally-Aspirated Judd engines, was a distant competitor.

In the end, this car with its stellar technology was able to win all races but one in the season. Most importantly, it had an exciting driver pairing in Prost and Senna, who were able to keep the season interesting trading blows with each other. Anyways, that’s all from me! Brazil - Is it easier to forgive or forget?

Forgive, definitely. I really doubt I can forget sth wrong that was done to me unless I forgive that person for it first. Then again, if this is sth miniscule, like stealing my chocolate, ig I’d forget it very soon and not hold a grudge for too long haha.

Spa - Would you rather live in the mountains or near the ocean?

Aaa this is soo hard. I can see stars at either place hopefully, both are utterly beautiful. I choose... coastal mountains! Okay, okay, I get it. That’s cheating. If I had to pick one, and couldn’t create my ideal weather, I’d live near a secluded beach or something. In a little cottage of sorts. Like a hobbit hole, but made of sand ig? Coastal weather is better than the perpetual winter I’d get in the mountains, and it’d be fun to walk along the coast at night. The roads would definitely be less interesting to drive on, but oh well, I hope there’s a track close by to make up for it.
