lol all this is so frustrating to see, because i don’t talk about this a lot, but i’m an incest survivor and i used to be very triggered by people with sexual parent/child dynamics with their deities. like it truly would give me flashbacks to see someone’s dad talk to them like that, even if it was CLEARLY different from the incestuous dynamic i grew up in.

and you know what i did? i blocked people who posted about it. i didn’t interact, but i didn’t talk shit.

and obviously, slowly and carefully and safely i tried re-exposing myself to the trigger and working through it, and now i interact with your blog regularly ^^ i’m probably going to have to consume this discourse slowly because it is triggering but get this— most of the posts are filtered out because i have “incest” blacklisted. you can take care of yourself anons!! the block button for tags, words, and accounts is essential! shi isn’t in charge of your tumblr experience!
