5:33 pm I don't know if the following makes me jealous or selfish, but some of his friends are giving other people his address to write to him during basic. I kind of don't want anyone else to write to him because well I don't know..I guess you can say that I am jealous & selfish /:. Tonight, he'll receive a couple more letters from me during formation. I feel like I should just stop writing to him. Ugh, I don't know. What do you guys think? /: like, I've been there since the beginning & especially of basic. We texted the whole time while he was on his way to reception & I know he only sent me letters before anyone else.

9:37 PM Joaquin's 1SG updated the Facebook page earlier today. I finally know his family day & graduation date! November 5th & 6th. Ugh, bittersweet feeling.

3:47 pm I came home from work today, checked the mailbox like I do every day when I arrive home; it was empty. Then, I thought that my dad picked it up like the past couple of days. I walk in to my house, I see all the mail from today on the table in the center of the living room. I knew I had mail because the very first envelope I saw was hand written, so I already knew that were mine. Sooo..I RECEIVED 2 LETTERS FROM JOAQUIN TODAY GUYS! Okay, so he said that every envelope/letter he receives, he has to do 10 push-ups. He received 4 from me (: so, he had to do 40. He said it didn't go so well for him because he was very tired & I assume sore. He also said that it was worth it lol.

11:25 pm Today marks a month since Joaquin & I last texted before he started Reception the following day. Today, marks a month & 2 days since he left West Palm Beach, Florida for basic. I know that mail takes 7-9 to be delivered but I'm really hoping he got them, because I can't imagine being at basic training & not receiving any mail during mail call while everyone else is receiving their mail. I was so bored so I decided to go on the internet & look up stuff for letters during basic, & a DON'T is to not scent the letters because the 1SG will get suspicious or they will have to do push ups or something else to receive their letters if scented...therefore, LOL SORRY JOAQUIN, I DIDN'T KNOW.

10:07 pm This morning at 8:17, I dropped off 2 more letters at the Post Office for Joaquin. & on his Facebook page for basic training, his 1SG (1SG Lima) wife posted the question for FRG Fridays, like I mentioned in my previous blog post. Well, exactly at 7:02 pm, there was the question. One lady already commented but wasn't correct. I looked up the question & posted it but then I realized it was a two part question lol. But my answer was right, just wasn't the full answer lol. "I done told ya" I'm not playing around lol, I want to see him so bad. I've seen him in 5 pictures since Friday of last week, so far. Then, there's this other lady that was trying to start a fight on there because the lady from before edited her answer. I mean, it's whatever really because 1SG Lima's wife chooses anyways. I'm pretty sure that lady would had done the same thing. I hope she doesn't ruin everyone else's opportunity to see a picture of their soldier.

6:25 pm I received a random letter from Joaquin today! He wrote it on Sunday during church lol, & sent it on Monday. It makes me happy. Like he's actually thinking about me during church. He said it's easier to write during church because there's no Drill Sergeants there. He says it's wrong though lol. Hopefully he gets my 4 letters/envelopes by tomorrow or this weekend. I'm going to send him 2 more letters tomorrow.

5:10 pm So, the page where I'm following Joaquin's process during basic training, I have seen 4 pictures of him since Friday on there. (: & some time between 6-8 pm tonight, they will post a question about the Army or Fort Sill related. The first person who answers correctly, is the winner & will receive a picture of their Soldier. LET THE GAMES BEGIN.

4:34 pm Yesterday when I was at the hospital because of something that happened to my sister, I was on Facebook & saw that the page where I can see Joaquin's process at BCT; the 1SG posted what they did yesterday! They finished first aid for combat & I saw Joaquin in 3 of the pictures! One was from far but I still recognized him. The second one was from the back but I knew it was him& because the first 3 letters of his last name showed on the back of his cover. The third one I saw the front of him but he was looking down. Ugh, I miss him so much.
