Eddie Rabbitt!! He's going to be 1 year old soon and we'd sure love to get him into foster and/or adopted! The fosterer we thought he'd be perfect to help him enjoy new things as a new youngster won't respond. Our feelings get hurt a lot doing this work especially when we didn't see it coming but we'll find someone for awesome Eddie Rabbit! Until then he'll still be singing sad songs I guess although he seems happy, we want him running around delighting his furever family. Guess what this is!? A bunny butt sprawled on my belly (which I call the 'water bed'). I had a visitor in the rehab facility today who brought along a sweet bun, Jezzie, who still very much remembers me and kissed me right on the mouth! That broke my heart! If you've ever adopted out a bunny who was tightly bonded with you so they can have their own family who they won't have to share with many other buns, then you know how I feel. Most buns get adopted and when they see me again they thump and give me the stink eye. Jezzie - she snuggled up, kissed me, and was expecting to be left with me. She's a jealous girl and likes to have you pet her a long time and focus on her 100%. I was so sad to see her go but I told her I'd see her again.
