We transpire with the thoughts that rattle our brain,

Searching deep for the feelings that may remain.

Juggling past and present,

With the utter most resentment.

Ignite the fire that burns so low,

Start that boat let those waves flow.

What you thought was your weakness is your greatest strength.

Dig down into the despair you have and fight.

Take flight, so that you might, look on and see something bright.

Every time my eyes are open they're filled with tears so let me sleep ,

Scratch that put it all on repeat

So that next week,

I'll stand tall running over everything that seems bleak.

We take in all are pain thinking its a problem.

Taking it all in and die slowly inside,

But there's no need to hide for the strength that subsides,

Will bring forth the toughest battle between you & you ,

Where you will win and subdue, all the problems you thought you knew
