note that swords in the standard tarot deck are representative of knowledge and the mind. all materials found by me, embroidery by me, arrangement by me. tape on knife blades by secondhand store volunteers. tarot illustrations by pamela colman smith.

here’s a piece that will be shown in an upcoming exhibition very soon! constructed out of a bamboo armature and paper maché and adorned with found materials and paint, this became one of my favorite works of art i’ve ever made.  and yes, it lights up :)
