Some GORGEOUS rocks me and my love found near a gorgeous lake while he was fishing 😚 I added a few more after the big group photo so I might take some more pics later 🤷
I figured I have a lot of quartzite/quartz based rocks from my area so I tried to diversify my natural collection by grabbing rocks that maybe aren't "healing crystals", but still are beautiful and unique in their own right! 💯💕
The last rock is one my love found, and the shimmering flecks almost look like gold! (Which can be found around here inlaid in small quantities, so maybe we got lucky?!) 😊 some of these were found in the dirt path, so I rinsed them off and others were found in the shallow part of the lake I was rinsing the others in 😚
I find that rocks near bodies of water (especially freshwater) are very diversified in their type, size and color so it's a good place to find many types of rocks, crystals and minerals that I usually don't see more inland or above sea level. 👀🤷
A friend and I made a deal to trade crafts instead of buying our work. This was a quartz I found and wrapped based on their personality and personal aesthetic.
