It feels odd there's been no proper plot end to Foundation X, even as a modern day Shocker-type where they have small unseen splinter groups who can continue projects to be threats to Riders, they do seem like they would be a good concept to keep going, but after so long of sporadic appearances to be an excuse factor for some movie or special plots, surely they should be given a finale where they're put to an end minus those splinter groups who would be on their own.

Just done re-watching Heisei Generations Final, and noticed one small detail that I overlooked on my first watch:

Funky Mogami mocked Eiji’s inability to hurt Ankh, even though it just his soulless copy.

This made me wondered, did (Great) Shocker or Foundation X have spy division(s) whose duty were watching and gathering info on the Riders?

Why establish a major villain group working behind the scenes if you don’t do anything with it?

Spit balling Kamen Rider adaptation ideas

For my adaptation of Kamen Rider Build I would have it be set on an artificial Island made by the UN because the only way we get to Mars is via International cooperation and a island would be built to commemorate that. Also instead of just splitting the island up I would split the entire world up with only gravity keeping everything together. It would also be set somewhat in the future and it would be the first series in my Kamen Rider adaptation, saying that almost all of the Kamen Riders technology would originate from this system.

Foundation X would be the supposed saviors, taking credit for bring the world back together. They would also be behind a initiative that would send memories of Earth and Humanity into space in case it didn't work. These would become the Gaia Memories. Foundation X would also be one of the only organizations still trying to explore space after what happened due to the retrieval from Mars, thus they would have a school training children to specifically become astronauts.

Kamen Rider OOO would be a bit more tricky and feel less connected to everything else. I don't want Foundation X to really be involved that much with the core and sell metals. The original idea that I had for Kamen Rider O's though did include the three corporations vying over this new power source based off of alchemy and ancient alien technology. I think we could probably fit Foundation X as performing at corporate sabotage but that would be the only connection besides the crossovers.

Even though I want to have Foundation ask to be more Incorporated with the stories than they were before I still wanted to be up in the air on whether or not they're a bad guy until the last time they're involved which honestly might just be the Fourze adaptation. Maybe instead of the principal of the school being the big bad it is the CEO of Foundation X, maybe they are one in the same.

Is Foundation X still relevant?

Not only the existence of Another Riders erased the true Riders from history, but also the monsters they fought. This meant… Kiba Yuuji and Osada Yuka were truly died instead of being resurrected as Orphonch.

I wondered how this affected Foundation X or Shocker.

Who made Ride Watches and Another Watches? With history (and consequence people’s memories) being altered left and right, I wondered if the maker was a Singularity Point.
