Did you know that Clifton NJ was home to the "Ellis Island for animals" from 1900 to 1979? What remains of the U.S. Animal Quarantine Station is today the 26-acre site of the city's municipal complex. It includes the Clifton Arts Center and Sculpture Park. The arts center (the two renovated barns in the background) is currently closed (blame COVID), but you can still roam the #sculpturegarden.
