Day 311

I have a 2 day Excel seminar at the Four Points Sheraton today and tomorrow. Today's went by pretty fast.. At least I'm with my coworker! If i was by myself it would be SO boring! Plus another good thing is that it's only from 9am to 4pm =) 

I went to the 24 Hour on Cottle afterwards. Omg it was so close!! I'm going to start going to this one when I'm at my boyfriend's house since all this time, I thought the only 2 closest were the ones on Alameda and Mckee/Capitol. But this one is much much closer!

Today I ate: 

Jack in the Box for breakfast =x Sausage, egg, cheese, biscuit sandwich with hashbrowns and an iced coffee

Togo's for lunch: half of a turkey sandwich on white bread with lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, and chipotle mayo

Some home made eggrolls, chicken wings, and rice for dinner

3 beers and 2 cups of Moscato

Workouts: 30 minutes Stairmaster, 20 lunges on both legs and squats, and some abs
