the temptation to write a very in-depth story about:

Four's very cultish au where he was never taught the difference between society's standards and the cult he lived in- forced day-in and day-out to commit horrible acts of gruesome murder,

Torch's kingdom with a king sitting atop a throne of lies- barely getting by as mountains of enemies surrounded him like rabid animals,

Bronze's time in the colosseum (his entire life.) and his struggle to realise he needed to escape because it was all he had known,

Pyro's rather rapid decent into pyromania as he just breaks further with every reset and fire is the only thing making him feel alive,

and Saw's desperate clamber for stable ground as his world crumbles around him when he's picked up by a family and forced to participate in the truly detestable religion that had swamped his region.

I want to write about them so badly, even if it's just short drabbles.

I want to write them struggling to adapt and understand life as they're forced into society and, ultimately, rejected from it.

Ok now for Four! (Gonna try and do this for all of them)

Hmm, Is his robe breakable? And, if not- What would you describe the material to be made of? How durable can it hold to objects and, or obstacles for you know for, ~the le pulling of limbs off~?

hehe, heya

It's definitely breakable, but doing so is very, very difficult to do. Material-wise it depends entirely on what his mood is- rougher, thicker ropes are often used for the quartering of one's body, but softer, comfier ropes for the hammocks he likes to build and nap in.

It's very, very durable- but can't withstand extreme heat, so tying Pyro to a chair when he gets annoying is basically impossible. It can, of course, slip off of certain surfaces- so Four has to be very careful about what he anchors it to.

As long as its tight enough he can probably tear a lot of things in two- even tree branches if he really felt like it. I doubt he could tug a massive rock apart, though.

Decided to draw some outfits for Four :)

Four is the type to spend hours of the night forming different sailor knots with his magic ropes– undoing and redoing several different combinations with a quiet hum. He’s the type to randomly lasso things he doesn’t want to grab himself, tugging it over with a deft skill. He’s the type to actively use it to set traps for whatever his prey may be. He’s the type to build hammocks out of his own magic for him and the others to rest on when necessary.

But these ropes have a much, much darker use. If you look closely, you’ll be able to see the remnants of the blood that has drenched etched into his bones. You’ll be able to see the violent thoughts that sway like fields of grass in a gentle wind in his cold, cold blue eyelights. You’ll be able to see the LV climbing in his SOUL when his grin twitches up just a tad and his sockets, just barely, lid. In the soft, rolling chuckle that whispers tales of gruesome deaths others had experienced.

Four is connected to the word “Quarter” after all.

And that’s just 3 letters away from “Quartering.”
