I was so lucky to get to meet and discover the beautiful art and comic of @elleskinner and I finally had the time to do a little doodle of her gorgeous protagonist Foyle! Foyle is from Elle’s super awesome comic Missing Monday and everyone should read it <333
My girls, my babies, my precious children! It's the romance month so I gotta draw these two being cute and cuddly together, that is the rule. Moreso now that I don't draw them every week, I've missed them!

Setting up Missing Monday for reruns means I get to reread along with everyone else! I was charmed by the art in chapter 1 and got inspired to do a watercolor sketch of my girls in their intro outfits :3 Look at these literal babies, oh my goodness. First couple days of June daily drawings :) My theme this month is "Month of Mondays”, so every day I’m drawing another piece of Missing Monday art. After a bunch of fanart and cute animal studies it’s been fun (and also super challenging!) to draw things for own project all month.
Lots of Foyle and Monday to start because I'm playing with different illustration ideas for future prints. I really like the body language of that cuddle hug quite a bit :3 Also girls in flowers, because I am such a 90s shoujo child (but I’m pleased with how all those forget-me-nots turned out!), and a solo of Other Monday because she is not-so-secretly a delight to draw.

Monday and Foyle from my webcomic, Missing Monday. I was JUST able to finish this illustration in time for Fanime last month :) I have a bad habit of drawing my girls cuddled up asleep all the time so the goal here was cute and awake.Things may be a little tense in my comic right now so gosh it was fun drawing them looking this happy XD I also had fun designing the little key and leaf patterned wallpaper, I may have to do something with that later.
