grocery shopping, diets, a little bit of exercise?
Kristen just buys enough snacks to last her the week and when needed, ingredients for recipes. She eats at the cafeteria a lot and doesn't really break from a "routine" menu. Vanilla yogurt and granola for breakfast. Something more hearty for lunch. And a light dinner because she doesn't want to overeat before sports practices. I think she has the worse eating habits of the three of them just cause well, she's a teenager? She doesn't have a steadier source of income like Shizui and Archer so she takes the money she gets and buys tasty food like PIZZA (she loves bacon pizzas yanno) and taco bell and snack foods. Her rationalization for this diet is, "I work out enough so I burn it all off, why not enjoy what I eat?"
Which, I think is kinda fair. She works out more that Shizui and definitely Archer.
Kris likes sweets but doesn't eat a lot of them because the sweetness overpowers her tastes and then she either saves the rest for later or just doesn't finish aha... Besides, she'd rather be enjoying something with a more complex?? flavor than just full-on sweet.
Shizui (both of them) buys a lot of fish and chicken, those are his main proteins. He. LOVES. Seafood. He buys stocks for soup and good vegetables to put in them. He likes tomatos and potatoes and celery. And avocado. He really...likes celery I think, which is weird to me I guess because I for one hate celery.
He's getting into mexican food. He likes to make little quesedillas for snacks and lunches during the weekend; during the workweek he eats lunch at the school cafeteria? Sometimes he'll make a sandwich wrap, stuff it with lettuce and shredded carrots and ranch and did you know, you can get chicken breast slices at the deli? Yeah, that's in there too.
He likes salads with crushed pecans or chicken breast slices on top. Ranch or thousand island dressing. Only for lunch, though.
Shizui has the best diet of the three of them. Very balances, gets enough fruits and vegetables and proteins and stuff. I think it's because he's more conscientious of his body than the other two; he needs to keep his swimmers physique and he doesn't have the hardy "I work out so its ok to eat whatever!!" mentality of Kris.
Archer....hahah okay. He likes to buy organic. He can easily afford to, so why not buy the best? (I hate archer)
He dislikes pork and chicken. Every two weeks or so he eats a steak, cooked medium rare. "If you order one too well, they give you an older cut of meat."
He buys a lot of soy products and sometimes, he doesn't eat meat but a few times a week. He dislikes cafeteria food and brings a sandwich on twelve-grain bread, or rye. I think he really likes rye bread. He doesn't buy a lot of groceries at once because he doesn't want to have an excess that goes to waste.
Like Shizui, he enjoys salads. Unlike Shizui, he likes more vinaigrette dressings, no meat, and no nuts. Actually maybe flax seeds, do those go on salads?? I think so, hell if I know because I don't eat salad a lot.
The most exercise he gets is walking the hounds. Every morning at 5am and every evening after dinner.
He likes broccoli and spinach and brussel sprouts and all those vegetables that mom said you had to eat, even though you ended up sneaking them to the dog when she wasn't paying attention. He eats the most vegetables out the the three of them, but has the least amount of protein in his diet. He takes a (i hate archer) one-a-day multivitamin with his breakfast. Which is a salted, hardboiled egg and some type of fruit. He likes bananas because they have a mild flavor. An egg and a banana and some Corn Flakes with skim milk. Every damn day before work.
Since he doesn't like chicken or pork, he eats a lot of turkey and a little bit of beef. His favorite meat is lamb. He loves gyros oh my god oh my god
He likes tofu and turkey products
