Oh God, I'm so in love with the new DLC
Seriously Guerrilla, you did it again!!!! After finishing all my chores I could finally play The Frozen Wilds without interruptions and wow.... just wow. These new characters are so intriguing and so fascinating. The Banuk tribe is such a wonder, how close they are with the machines and such, it's so different from the Nora.
And about the gameplay, god, I don't know if I haven't played in a long time or it's the ultra hard mode or what but beating the new machines and the human enemies is more difficult (for summing up, like a Stalker killed me with one hit. ONE!!! And I was wearing the shield weaver armor!! Like wuuut, I just wanted to take down the tower! Not even a Thunderjaw or a Rockbreaker could do that 😂). Anyways, that's what I'm enjoying so much of the DLC. It is a challenge and it's not like those you finish in a few hours and didn't learn anything new about the game. Well I'm still having a lot of questions but I've only done like 4 missions, so I bet that by the time I get to the smoky mountain, I'll learn so many things about the old ones.
Aaaand last but not least the landscapes!!!! Holy cow, they are SO FREAKING STUNNING. One of my favorite things in the world is going to the woods. I don't have a favorite one, but just going for a walk and seeing the trees, the grass, getting that smell of nature... it's just perfect. And oh my, when it's covered in snow, it's even more beautiful ❤️. And HZD just did that. I can't thank them enough for having such a magnificent place like that (even though the game had something like this in the Nora lands, but there wasn't so much snow like here). On my free hours I'll post here the screenshots I've taken (hope I'll post them all because they're too many xD).
You know, the game itself is a tue masterpiece and with the scenery it's even more ❤️❤️. I don't have words to describe it. It's just perfectly done.
(And I've just played it like 6hrs, just wandering around. Wait till I have completed it. It'll blow my mind)
